Mental Health Shared Care (MHSC), is about working together to achieve health outcomes. MHSC involves people, partnerships, collaboration and continuity of care.

Shared Care can be applied to many different contexts including mental health, antenatal and diabetes. It also works at different levels; individual, and organisational. This is explored further in a MHSC Review (External Site).
